Some of us love doing it, and some of us have a different opinion about it... but whatever you think about Christmas shopping, it's something we all do!  

It's risky though buying something you think someone else will like, and this can prevent us buying.  To overcome this risk, retailers provide us the opportunity to return goods that turn out to be unwanted... and it's this that's provided the inspiration for this month's Sales Tip.
