At least it provided some inspiration... the A82 became blocked by an accident, blocking the way ahead.  Meanwhile, the rain caused a landslide which blocked the road behind us from where we'd traveled from - we were stranded!  On this occasion we weren't in a rush.  If we had been though, it would have highlighted the need for contingency time...
