A few years back the subject of ‘engagement’ might have been considered ‘fluffy’, and a lot less interesting to Sales Managers than ‘harder’ issues such as objective setting and performance management.  Today things are different.  It’s been established beyond any doubt via an enormous number of objective studies that the achievement of high levels of engagement is hardwired to organisational success.  That’s why today, engagement should be right at the top of every Sales Manager’s agenda.
