TJ Awards: "Best Sales Training Programme"

Many congratulations go to O2, who have won the "Best Sales Training Programme" category of this year's TJ Awards, which was announced at a glitzy Awards dinner at The Brewery in London on 6th December.

Created and run by Training Journal, this is the fourth year that the Awards have included a category specifically for sales.  Other categoies include "Best coaching and mentoring programme", and "Best Leadership programme".
Tim Royds, Director of highclere judged this category with Clare O'Shea of the Marlow Sales Academy.  Commenting on the winning entry, Tim and Clare wrote: "This entry described the relaunch of an established sales academy. It would have been easy to simply evolve one or two small things. The result is a smorgasbord of business-focused development opportunities, robust sales manager coaching, and recognition of success. Of particular note was the attention to customer focus, and the inputs required to help the customer to buy and the uplift in sales has been enormously impressive.”
Congratulations also go to GAME Digital plc with Growth Partnership who achieved silver position, and Hilti (GB) Ltd. and SAB Miller who won joint bronze.
